When you train at PSP you can expect to be pushed to your limits, and are expected to always follow our motto

No prior training is needed before starting your fitness journey with us. We will train you or your athlete on how to work out properly.
Our coaching staff work on creating programs for athletes to get stronger, faster, and more explosive while maintaining and hopefully gaining flexibility!
