Coach Brennan Coe was a three-year varsity starter/closing pitcher at Navarre High School from 2005-09. He was awarded MVP his senior year and pitched a no-hitter in the '09 All-star game. After high school, Brennan received a full baseball scholarship to Wallace Community College then transferred to Delgado Community College the following season where his team won the Region XXIII Tournament.


Brennan started his high-level coaching experience in 2011 after wrapping up his playing career. He has organized and lead numerous coaching clinics throughout the panhandle of Florida. Coach Brennan has given thousands of hours of private and group lessons.  Since 2012 he has extensive experience coaching each aspect of the game. During Brennan's time as a coach, he takes pride in studying and analyzing countless hours of different hitters, pitchers, and position players to keep his knowledge current. Brennan is a co-founder of multiple travel organizations and is founder of the Pipeline Prime organization. He is also certified by USA baseball in 4 categories. 

Brennan graduated from the University of West Florida in the Summer of 2017 with his degree in Sport Management. 

Coach Brennan Coe has been pouring his passion of baseball into young minds since 2011. After Brennan's playing career he bounced around jobs while finishing school but just couldn't get away from his passion of baseball. He worked for a few different academies where he was fortunate enough to be surround my some very bright leaders and soaked up as much knowledge as possible. In 2018 the academy he was currently employed at had unfortunately reached a point that it had to permanently close its doors. This is how Pipeline Sports Performance developed!

Brennan loves to get to know each kid who walks through the door. His hope is to form a positive relationship with them that will impact their life forever!

Coach Tyler has trained athletes through private lessons, personal training sessions, online training programs, and team coaching for 4 years. He is a certified NASM group fitness instructor, and is the Founder of Never Been Weak, his hybrid personal training business. 

3 year starter for Navarre High School's baseball team

Led Bishop State CC's team with a .423 batting average in the fall semester and earned a full scholarship for the remainder of his college career

 Designed and coached the weight program for Bishop State CC

 The production in the weight room lead to an overall team batting average increase, and also lead to 2x more doubles than the previous season

 Mentored by strength Coach and owner of Amp Performance Jake Long

Coach Tyler relies on basic fundamental fitness principles and sport specific training to focus on athletes movement, power, and explosion.

2011-2015 Played at Boston College

2015 Led the pitching staff with 2.05 ERA over 22 innings while holding opponents to a .195 BA

Posted a career 2.76 ERA, and surrendered only 11 walks in 58.2 IP.   

2015 Graduated with a Bachelor's in Communications 

2016 played and graduated from Liberty University with a Master's in Sports Administration 

2016 Geoff's coaching career began in the  summer as an assistant coach at the University of Tennessee Martin

Logan Hill is a Pensacola native that attended Pensacola Catholic High school as well as Booker T Washington during his high school career.  Logan has made it as high as AAA with the Pittsburgh Pirates organization and is currently playing Independent Baseball with the Winnipeg Goldeyes. 



Collegiate Career

  • Led the state in batting average and homeruns

  • Named first team all-conference, first team all-state and third team All-American 

  • Was named the ACCC South Player of the Year

  • Was selected for the NJCAA National Team 

Professional Career: 

  • Selected in the 25th rd by the Pittsburgh Pirates in 2015

  • Played 5 years in the Pittsburgh Pirates minor league system

  • 2017 Arizona Fall League

  • 2017 voted Baseball America top FL state league power prospect

  • Currently an outfielder for the Winnipeg Goldeyes


Connor Thompson is a Pensacola Native who attended Escambia High.


High School batting average of .308 and played multiple infield positions.

Played 2 seasons of travel baseball under Pipeline owner, Brennan Coe.

 Attended numerous hours of lessons with Coach Brennan where he developed a love for coaching. 


After high school, Thompson took an interest in coaching and has been coaching travel baseball and giving private lessons for Pipeline since 2020. 


Connor is attending Pensacola State college while majoring in Business. Coach Connor specializes in instruction for hitting and infield.



Robert Lopez is a native of Lakeland, FL and former DII infielder for the University of West Florida. Robert played shortstop and third base at George Jenkins HS while Leading the team to district championships in 2012 and 2013.

Jackie Morell is  currently a teacher in the Escambia County School District 



 DII pitcher at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania for three years from 2015-2018


Jackie's go-to pitch was the drop ball

Two appearances in the NCAA Regional Tournament




Ally played as an Infielder at the University of West Florida for 4 seasons.​

Coach Rachel Lawes has 5 years of coaching experience. She has coached all ages and spent two years as the Assistant Coach at University of New Haven. Coach Rachel has lead multiple college camps and private lessons. She specializes in all-skills defense and hitting lessons. 


Rachel played centerfield for Kutztown University, competing at the Division II College World Series in 2009. A senior captain and 4-year player for the Golden Bears, she was named to the 2016 CoSIDA Academic All-District Team, and was also a 2-time NFCA All America Scholar-Athlete and 4-time PSAC Scholar-Athlete. She was also a 3-time winner of the D2ADA Academic Achievement award.


Coach Rachel has her B.A. in Communication Studies and her M.S. in National Security. She is in the Coast Guard and currently training to be a Coast Guard Aviator.

Teala is currently an outfielder for the University of West Florida softball team.
