Pipeline Sports Performance Presents: Football strength clinic

Take your athlete’s performance to the next level this summer with our 6-Week Football Strength Clinic led by elite strength & conditioning coach Bryan Jackson.

Designed specifically for football athletes, this program focuses on developing explosive power, functional strength, speed, and durability in a structured, high-energy training environment.

Athletes will train using football-specific performance methods that help improve on-field explosiveness while building proper movement mechanics, strength foundations, and long-term athletic development.

Whether your athlete is preparing for the upcoming season or looking to gain an edge over the competition, this clinic is built to help them move faster, get stronger, and perform with confidence.

Age Groups & Times

Ages 10–13

🕠 Mondays & Wednesdays
⏰ 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Ages 14+

🕡 Mondays & Wednesdays
⏰ 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

What Athletes Will Train For

  • Explosive Power: Develop position-specific speed and explosiveness through programming designed to improve first-step quickness, acceleration, vertical leap, and power off the line.

  • Functional Strength: Build real-game strength using compound lifts, football-specific movement patterns, and progressive overload methods that translate directly to athletic performance.

  • Injury Prevention: Stay healthy throughout the season with a strong emphasis on mobility, prehab work, recovery, and safe lifting mechanics from day one.

  • Elite Coaching: Athletes will work directly with Bryan Jackson, a certified strength & conditioning coach with leadership experience at Division I programs including Virginia Tech, Duke University, and West Virginia State University.

Bryan also holds a master’s degree in Applied Physiology & Kinesiology from University of Florida, bringing high-level performance knowledge and athlete development experience to every session.

This clinic is designed to help football athletes build confidence, improve performance, and prepare for the demands of competition through intentional, structured training.
