MEDIA SERVER DISCLAIMER

We maintain a private media server to host and stream exclusive baseball training content developed by Pipeline Sports Performance.
Access to this server is limited to authorized users who have purchased or been granted access to our paid training content.
All media, videos, and digital content available through our private server are protected under copyright laws and are for personal, non-commercial use only. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

PRIVATE MEDIA SERVER TERMS

Access to the private media server is granted solely to registered, authorized users.
By accessing our media server:

You acknowledge that the content is proprietary and copyrighted.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payments for training programs, video content, or memberships are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. All sales are final unless otherwise outlined in a separate agreement.

Pipeline Sports Performance (“Pipeline,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) uses trusted third-party payment processors to handle all transactions made through our website or other digital platforms. These payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or comparable services) are responsible for collecting, processing, and securing your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms of service.

Pipeline does not store or have access to your full payment information, including credit card numbers or banking details. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure, PCI-compliant systems that meet industry standards for data protection.

While we take reasonable measures to ensure that we partner only with reputable and secure payment processors, Pipeline is not responsible for any errors, data breaches, or security failures that occur on the part of these third-party services. Your interactions with any payment processor are governed solely by that provider’s own terms and policies.

By submitting payment through our website, you acknowledge and agree that your payment information will be processed by a third-party service and that Pipeline Sports Performance is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of such payment processors.

Online Store Purchases

This section applies to purchases made through the Pipeline Sports Performance online store on this website. It does not apply to affiliate stores, third-party stores, external websites, or checkout experiences that redirect you away from this website.

Our online store may use approved service providers to help process payments, fulfill orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Payments are processed through Stripe or another approved payment processor. Payment processors may collect and process order and transaction information, such as your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, payment method details, purchase amount, purchase date, and related transaction details. Pipeline Sports Performance does not store your full credit card number.

Refunds, returns, exchanges, store credits, replacements, chargebacks, product defect claims, fulfillment issues, and other customer claims related to online store purchases are handled according to the store policies in effect at the time of purchase. Unless a different written policy applies, refund requests for online store orders must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days after delivery.

Issues involving product defects, production errors, fulfillment errors, incorrect items, shipping preparation issues, or items damaged before delivery may be reviewed with the applicable fulfillment provider before a resolution is issued. After the applicable refund window has expired, refunds, replacements, vouchers, store credits, or other accommodations are not guaranteed and may be approved or denied at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

Any approved online store credits or vouchers expire six (6) months after the date they are issued unless a different written policy applies.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

We enforce a $35 cancellation fee for any lesson canceled within eight (8) hours of the scheduled start time.
This fee helps ensure fairness and respect for the time of our coaches and staff.

PREPAID SERVICES

Prepaid service credits are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
After six months, unused credits will automatically expire and are non-refundable. Catastrophic circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Pipeline Sports Performance.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Use of our services is at your own risk. Pipeline Sports Performance, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or use of our website, blog, services, or private server content.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida.

CHANGES TO POLICIES

We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
