Starting Event Packages

These starting packages are designed for private facility experiences. Partner-hosted clinics, larger events, custom staffing, and special production needs can be quoted based on the plan.

2 Hours $350

Up To 15 Participants

Choose up to 3 activities. Best for birthdays, smaller celebrations, compact team challenges, and focused private groups.

3 Hours $450

Up To 20 Participants

Choose up to 5 activities. Best for corporate team challenges, larger birthday groups, team outings, and competitive rotations.

4 Hours $550

Up To 25 Participants

Choose up to 6 activities. Best for larger groups, extended competitions, combine-style formats, and custom facility experiences.

Packages include one coach for up to 20 participants. Groups of 21-40 require two coaches, and groups of 41-60 require three coaches. Additional participants and staffing are quoted based on group size and event format.

Waivers are confirmed, participants are grouped, rules are explained, and the group understands the flow before stations begin.

Rotations

Run The Experience

Pipeline staff manages the clock, transitions, equipment, scoring, safety, and pace so the group stays engaged.

Finish

Close The Moment

Competitive formats can finish with a leaderboard, showdown, or winner reveal. Social formats can shift into food, photos, and wrap-up time.

Included With Private Facility Experiences

  • Exclusive facility access during the reserved event window.
  • Event lead coach and structured activity format.
  • Batting cages, pitching mounds, turf field space, and core training equipment.
  • Baseballs, softballs, tees, helmets, bats, tables, and chairs as needed for the format.
  • Setup support, cleanup, trash removal, and facility reset.

Important Event Details

  • All participants must have a liability waiver on file before joining activities.
  • Food and drinks are provided by the event host and must stay in the designated seating area.
  • Hosts may access the facility up to 30 minutes before the reserved start time for setup.
  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve the event. Remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
  • Pipeline may adjust stations or rotations to protect safety, flow, and facility use.
