Anna Gindl

SOFTBALL PITCHING
Anna brings elite-level experience as a former SEC pitcher at Ole Miss (2017–2022), where she holds program records in saves and scoreless innings. With a career ERA of 3.03 over 335 innings, she knows what it takes to compete at the highest level.

Brennan Coe

PITCHING, HITTING, INFIELD

Brennan is the founder of Pipeline Sports Performance with over a decade of coaching experience. A former standout pitcher and hitter at Navarre High, he played college baseball at Wallace and Delgado Community Colleges. Certified by USA Baseball in four categories, Brennan specializes in developing players through private lessons and team clinics, blending deep game knowledge with a passion for building strong athlete relationships.

Connor Thompson

HITTING & INFIELD
Connor is a Pensacola native who brings years of local baseball experience and personalized coaching to every session. Since 2020, he’s been a core part of the Pipeline staff—specializing in hitting and infield instruction for athletes of all ages. Whether your athlete is working on swing mechanics or infield footwork, Connor offers hands-on guidance rooted in years of coaching travel teams and running private lessons.

Isaiah Hernandez

HITTING & INFIELD
A former Pipeline athlete, Isaiah brings college-level experience from Wallace-Dothan (Top 15 JUCO) and Columbus State, where his team finished #3 in 2023 and #12 in 2024. A switch-hitting infielder from Escambia High, he now focuses on developing hitters and infielders with the same elite approach he used throughout his career.

Jack Anderson

PITCHING
A Gulf Breeze standout ('20) and UWF Software Engineering grad, Jack blends playing experience with coaching insight. He’s led Prime travel teams and coached at Gulf Breeze High, specializing in pitching mechanics and game theory to help athletes sharpen command and velocity.

Jack Simons

HITTING, PITCHING, CATCHING
A Bullis High School standout (2008–2012), Jack was a three-year varsity starter who earned All-County and All-Conference honors, including Preseason All-American as a senior. With two seasons behind the plate and another in the outfield, he brings position versatility and game-tested experience to every session.

Jordan DeLorenzo

PITCHING DEVELOPMENT
Jordan brings elite collegiate and pro experience to every session. At UWF, he earned Freshman of the Year, National Pitcher of the Year, and First Team All-American honors before posting a 0.93 ERA in his final season. Drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in 2014, he pitched four minor league seasons and helped lead two teams to championship titles. Jordan specializes in pitching mechanics, mound presence, and game-ready development.

Nic Romero

STRENGTH, CONDITIONING, SPEED & AGILITY
A West Florida HS alum and former Jaguar outfielder, Nic brings a military edge and elite training background to Pipeline. After serving as an Army Lieutenant, he earned his Kinesiology degree from LSU and now holds certifications including NASM PES, CES, CPT, and TRX. Nic specializes in athlete-focused strength & conditioning across baseball, golf, tennis, and more.
