At Pipeline Sports Performance, our strength and conditioning programs are led by CSCS-certified professionals and built on principles of kinesiology, applied physiology, and sports science. We take a strategic, sport-specific approach to developing strength, speed, agility, and overall athletic efficiency. Before introducing external load, we assess each athlete’s movement patterns, training history, sport demands, and current phase of their season to identify individual needs and opportunities for growth.

From there, we establish clear performance goals and design individualized training programs that emphasize long-term development, durability, and performance transfer. Our training philosophy prioritizes explosive movement, acceleration, deceleration, and efficient change of direction through progressive strength training and plyometric-based movement strategies. Using biomechanically sound exercises and intentional progressions, our Sport Translation System ensures every movement in the weight room directly supports improved on-field performance.

  • Our CSCS-certified strength and conditioning coaches adopt a strategic, sport-specific approach to developing strength from foundational levels. We prioritize understanding each athlete’s individual needs and areas for improvement before introducing external load. This includes evaluating the sports they participate in and their current phase of the season. Based on this assessment, we establish tailored goals and develop personalized strength programs. Progress is closely monitored to ensure safe, effective, and consistent athletic development.

Coach Bryan brings elite collegiate sports performance and sports science expertise to Pipeline’s strength and conditioning program. With experience across multiple Division I institutions, including Virginia Tech, William & Mary, Duke University, and Old Dominion University, Bryan has led and supported comprehensive performance programs for a wide range of collegiate athletes. His background in applied physiology, kinesiology, and sports science shapes a detail-driven, evidence-based approach to athlete development.

Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from California State University, Sacramento, and a master’s degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), he focuses on building strong, durable, and efficient athletes through intelligent programming that prioritizes movement quality, force production, and long-term performance.

At Pipeline, Bryan leads strength and conditioning programming with a focus on sport translation—ensuring that every training element directly supports on-field performance. His structured, individualized approach helps athletes develop the physical tools needed to compete confidently and consistently at every level.
