Strong arms are common. Complete pitchers are rare — we build the latter.

Customized strength & recovery plan with gym access (if applicable)
Customized Strength: this becomes more personable as opposed to a prototypical lift/lifts. You now get a little bit more in depth with what specific lifts you may need that the athlete is deficient in.
Customized Recovery Plan: This becomes more individualized. The ability to attack areas of abnormal soreness and utilize specific recovery drills to help decrease that soreness and speed up that recovery process, eliminating any setbacks.
2 video submissions per month
